Hudson Yard Offices, New York City

Space Planning, Interior Design, Lighting Design

This 7,000 square foot space on the eighth floor of an old chocolate factory across from the High Line, was converted to “swing space” offices for the tenant before they moved to a larger floor. To create a welcoming and comfortable environment while keeping it in partial “vanilla box” mode for future tenants, the expanse of white was balanced with rich furnishings, artwork and architectural details, resulting in an airy and elevated environment.
