Located on the eighth floor of a former chocolate factory across from the High Line, this 7,000-square-foot space was transformed into temporary "swing space" offices for a client in transition. Designed to feel welcoming and complete while remaining adaptable for future tenants, the design embraces the “white box” as a gallery-like backdrop for natural materials, plants and thoughtful architectural elements.
