Located on the eighth floor of a former chocolate factory across from the High Line, this 7,000-square-foot space was transformed into temporary "swing space" offices for a client in transition. Designed to feel welcoming and complete while remaining adaptable for future tenants, the scheme balances the open white canvas with rich furnishings, artwork, and architectural details.
